Sligo CTC v's Globe House
Sligo CTC played Globe House at the showgrounds on Tuesday. It finished with a score of 3 - 2 to Globe House. Aaron Mills and Ethan Saunders scored the goals for Sligo CTC. Thanks to Globe house for a very enjoyable competitive game!

Men's Health - New Male Health Website
A new website has been launched by the Irish Men’s Sheds Association (IMSA) which supports men’s physical and mental health. The website www.malehealth.ie links users to more than 40 Irish health organisations.

An Gasice Adventure Journey
As part of the An Gaisce Bronze Award Aideen and Steve brought a group of trainees on an adventure journey on Monday 12th July. They climbed Truskmore (15.430 km / 9.64 miles), cycled (7.780 / 4.86 miles) and stayed in Benwisken Youth Hostel. The trainees had to plan, train for and complete this outdoor Adventure Journey as
part of a team. This was a unique, enjoyable and memorable experience, as well as an opportunity to experience
self-sufficiency. It was a beautiful day too! Thanks to Barry and William from North West Adventure for their guidance.
Sligo CTC Smoke Free Campus
Sligo CTC is a Health Promoting centre and we are currently developing a Tobacco Free Campus Policy for the centre starting on the 28th August 2017. Staff and Trainees are currently filling out a survey questionnaire to find out the popularity and attitude to smoking in the centre.
