A big welcome to the new group of Trainees
We have a new group of trainees that started with Aideen in Induction this week. Best of luck to them all and hope they enjoy their time in Sligo CTC.
Lads Active - Soccer at Doorly Park
This week's lad's active activity was a soccer training
session coordinated by three of the trainees from the sports department. The
group practiced various skills and drills followed by a very enjoyable game.

help.

A Day in Hairdressing

Sligo CTC v's Dunne Deals Utd
As part of the Astro League Sligo CTC were playing Dunne Deals Utd. in the showgrounds on Monday 19th September with a score of 1-1. Well done to both teams on a great game and to Andre Mills who scored the goal for Slgo CTC.
Lad's Active - Indoor Soccer
Yesterday the lads Active group were meant to play tag rugby but due to severe rain we played indoor soccer in the sports complex. We had a very enjoyable 4 a side match with lots of fun and goals scored! Thanks to our coach Philp and we look forward to another activity next week.

Lad's Active
Time to get fit and active again after the summer holidays! Lad's Active is starting back this Wednesday from 2pm to 3pm. The first activity is golf at Sligo Golf Academy in Ransbora.

No Limits Activity Day
The trainees went to a No Limits Get Active activity day in the Sligo tennis club before the summer holidays. This was a very successful and fun day for trainees and staff. The activities included team building games, wresting, music, mindfulness and sports day events. No Limits aims to empower young people to be proactive in maintaining positive mental health through sport and activity. Thank you to the organisers for providing such a fantastic day.
