Lad's Active
Time to get fit and active again after the summer holidays! Lad's Active is starting back this Wednesday from 2pm to 3pm. The first activity is golf at Sligo Golf Academy in Ransbora.

Lads Active - Week 3 - Golf
Lads Active group had their third activity yesterday at the driving range at the Sligo Golf Academy in Ransbora. Gavin and Paul helped the trainees practice their swing on the driving range and hit a few balls in the fresh air in the beautiful sunshine. This was very popular and enjoyed by the trainees.
