No Limits Activity Day
The trainees went to a No Limits Get Active activity day in the Sligo tennis club before the summer holidays. This was a very successful and fun day for trainees and staff. The activities included team building games, wresting, music, mindfulness and sports day events. No Limits aims to empower young people to be proactive in maintaining positive mental health through sport and activity. Thank you to the organisers for providing such a fantastic day. Sligo CTC Fun Activity Day
Sligo CTC are hosting a fun activity day on Thursday 30th July 2015 @ the Astro turf pitch beside the Sports Complex.
Activities include:
Teams consist of minimum six trainees and a tutor & points given for each event.
Prizes on the day awarded for team with most points!
Activities include:
- Egg and Spoon Race
- Three Legged Race
- Wheelbarrow Race
- Welly Throwing etc
