Sports & Recreation Course - Injury Prevention

Trainees on our Sports and Recreation course know the importance of injury prevention.

Injury prevention involves various movements, and both static and dynamic stretches to increase flexibility and strengthen muscles to help improve the bodies ability to perform and reduce the risk of injury. Being aware of this and partaking in a predefined programme is a vital part of the sports course as trainees are active on a daily basis.
