Stay Connected

One of the five ways to well being and looking after your mental health is 'Connect'. Now more than ever in these challenging times it is important to stay connected with family, friends, colleagues, neighbours.  We may have to connect a little bit differently using technology but by staying connected we feel happier and more secure, giving us a better sense of purpose.

We are getting ready for World Mental Health Day on 10 October 2020 here at Sligo CTC as we call on everyone to open up to mental health, to talk and to listen.

We all need support at some times in our lives, and it’s good to talk about the things which are bothering us. Take a look at this signposting tool created by Mental Health Ireland. It not alone highlights national supports available but also focuses on local supports and services specific to Sligo.
