Five simple actions to help us keep well
Although we are staying at home it is still important to:
1. Keep active - get outdoors, exercise, walk or cycle
2. Keeping in contact - online with friends, family and Tutors
3. Getting Creative - draw, paint or bake
4. Eating well - have a healthy diet
5. Minding the mood - talk to someone
