It is a lovely sunny day and Sharif, computer trainee sent in some beautiful photos he captured while out for a lovely nature walk today along the Garavogue River 📷
Many of us are still getting used to the disruption of our daily routines caused by the spread of COVID-19 and the measures that have been introduced to help keep us all safe.

Although we are staying at home it is still important to:
1. Keep active - get outdoors, exercise, walk or cycle
2. Keeping in contact - online with friends, family and Tutors
3. Getting Creative - draw, paint or bake

5. Minding the mood - talk to someone
