Boxing Champion

Thomas Myers, a trainee in the sports department won an all Ireland quarter final and semi-final in boxing at the weekend.  He will now box in the all Ireland final this coming Friday 1st Dec in Dublin.  Well done Thomas on this huge achievement and best of luck on Friday from all at Sligo CTC.

Lads Active group had their fourth activity last week, boxercise in Market Yard with their coach Tony Kennedy.  This was a tough fun session and enjoyed and attended well by trainees.
