Try-a-Triathlon
Seven girls from the centre are taking part this Thursday the 12th of May in secondary schools Try-a-Triathlon. This is fun way to sample what is involved in a triathlon. The event takes place at 2pm at Sligo sports complex and Cleveragh Park and includes a 300m swim, a 6km cycle and a 2km run. The girls have completed training sessions over the past few weeks in preparation for this event. We wish them luck with this on Thursday.
